• Reformer Class

    The Reformer class features a full hour or rhythmic, flowing set of movements which increase strength, flexibility and stamina while also improving alignments, balance, coordination and tone. You work against spring resistance, which adds a whole new level of strength training to your Pilates. Paced and designed to move fluidly and sequentially, this class will guide the body towards uniform usage and development, proper alignment as well as decompressed and elongated musculature. Limited to 4 participants.

  • Circuit Class

    A Circuit class is a 55 minute class using practically the entire Pilates apparatus. A maximum of 4 (four) people can participate in one class,

    and is available to those who have taken at least 3 Private sessions. Each class will be different, but will incorporate at least 2 apparatus,

    the Mat, Tower, Reformer, the Wunda Chair, and the Pilates Props. For those who like a challenge the Circuit Class will help you achieve

    the most of your Pilates Goals, with greatest efficiency.

  • Mat Tower Class

    A one hour group class for the budget conscientious for up to 4 (four) people, you will combine the Mat and the Tower exercises and enjoy the benefits of both.

  • Tower Class

    The Tower provides finely tuned exercise resistance that allows one to work very precisely to develop good alignment, core strength, and flexibility.
    The result of the workout is uniformly developed body with strong back and abdominal muscles.
    Limited to 4 participants

  • Mat Class

    The foundation of all Pilates work begins on the Mat. The Mat Classes are a series of exercises performed to develop a strong body and give a great workout. There are countless different movements, which are performed seated, standing, on all fours, or lying on your back, side or front. Each class will be different and may include balls, bands, weights and other small apparatus. Limited to six participants.
